Ralph van der Linde, RPT
Ralph, proprietor of Vanderlinde Physical Therapy, graduated from the Academy of Physical Therapy in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1996 and holds special training in advanced manual therapy techniques. Ralph has specific interest in evaluation and treatment of joint dysfunction, strength training for the athlete, trigger point and myofascial therapy. He has specialized training in Cyriax friction techniques of tendons, ligaments and muscles. Ralph has received training at the Hughston clinic in Columbus, Georgia and manual therapy training at the University of St. Augustine, Florida. Ralph is a dedicated clinician that continuously grows and advances his treatment skills so that every patient that receives care at Vanderlinde physical therapy will know the difference in quality care.
Christopher Martin, RPT
Chris graduated from the Academy of Physical Therapy in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1996. Chris holds advanced training in manual therapy techniques form the University of St. Augustine. These approaches are used in all types of rehabilitative phases, such as sports conditioning, soft tissue injury, surgical rehabilitation and joint restriction. Chris is a highly motivated therapist that takes pride in every patient's success. He works diligently with every patient to make sure personal goals are met.
Casey Vaughn ATC, DPT
Casey completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida where she received a Bachelor's degree and certification as an Athletic Trainer. Casey conducted on-field assessments and rehabilitation with athletes in soccer, football, and volleyball. Casey graduated from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences, Florida in 2008 where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy specializing in advanced orthopedic manual therapy.
Casey has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of orthopedic dysfunctions, particularly within the cervical and lumbar spine. Casey is a passionate clinician who strives to treat each patient with an individualized, eclectic approach. Casey has attained a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and also enjoys exercise, reading, relaxing at the beach and spending time with friends and family.
Nicole van Leeuwen, PTA
Nicole van Leeuwen, PTA obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from South University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Nicole is skilled in manual therapy techniques such as Trigger Point, Graston, Cervical Spine Manual Traction, Joint Mobilization, and Myofascial Release. Nicole has a background in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Aquatic therapy, providing individualized care to all her patients.
Nicole is one to be attentive to all patients concerns, addressing each in a helpful and professional manner. With the skills and experience she has obtained, Nicole is able to help patients achieve their goals, and help them strive for new ones. She has a sporty mind, and a cheerful disposition which exemplifies her ambition to assist all patients towards a quick recovery. Nicole enjoys Mountain Bike Riding, Scuba Diving, Running, and spending time with family and friends.

Rosa and Jake help assist in the physical therapy clinic, they make it possible to keep our clinic organized and running smoothly. Each is an asset to our clinic, because of their personable approach they make everyone's time in our facility enjoyable.

Robert brings many years of experience to our team in billing and collections. He is highly motivated and assists every patient in questions and verification of insurance benefits. He specializes in verification, coding, contractual reviews, accounts receivables and collections.

They are the first smiling faces you will meet as they help to coordinate patient appointments, and gather necessary insurance information while also informing the therapeutic staff of your arrival.
